Hello XXXX,
Thanks for your message. I do assure you that newer customers does not
get better service.
To help you manage your rentals, we provide inventory information for
each item. Due to the fact inventory status fluctuates constantly, this
information should only be used as an approximation. Please note that
all expected "wait" designations are simply estimated according to
overall demand and are not dynamic to each individual customer. In
other
words, a title that is flagged "short wait," may nevertheless ship to
you immediately upon receipt of your DVD rental.
There are overall estimated "short wait", "long wait" and
"very long
wait" status designations, but these do not indicate the exact position
for you in regards to receiving this title.
We apologize for any inconvenience this wait may be causing you; we
strive to deliver a top choice quickly to all members. Our system is
designed to ship a DVD from members' Queue as quickly as possible. If
the first is not available, it will ship the second, if the second is
not available it will ship the third. We successfully ship more than 90
percent of all titles from the first three spots of members' Rental
Queues. This is what our customers have told us is most important to
them and on this we deliver.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to
contact us.
Thanks,
XXXX
